What are the steps in owning house and lot in Lumina Homes?
1st step: Project Inquiry.
You need to inquire first about Lumina Homes for your preferred Lumina Homes property and/or House Model through their official website or online channels. You may also chat with a Lumina Homes Expert by clicking on the Chat Button on the lower right of the screen once you entered their website.
Your Lumina Homes Expert will then present all relevant information about the property you are interested in, including the property location, road networks and places of interest in the area, existing or future amenities, and the available Lumina home models and its selling price and financing options.
2nd step: Site Viewing.
Once you have a preferred Lumina house and lot and your Lumina Homes Expert has presented all the relevant information, you can now request a free site viewing to see the actual property location and home model units.
But if you feel unsafe to go out just yet due to the pandemic, you can also view a 3D virtual tour.
