  • Site Engineer

    Assists the Project Head on the coordination and daily supervision of all site or office works
    Responsible for all matters in relation to coordination and control of construction and/or other related engineering works
    Submits project reports and updates status of project progress
    Reviews project specifications, technical drawings, and variation request
    Monitors quality, ensures smooth work progress, controlling budget up to finalizing accounts

    • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
    • Highly competent, self-driven and have passion for excellence
    • Work experience in a construction company is an advantage.

  • Architect

    Oversees project from inception to completion with commitment to high quality standards
    Prepares construction drawings, design drawings, and detailing
    Prepares detailed cost estimates
    Coordinates all architectural drawings and works, submits and updates status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress
    Deals with all levels of the organization and with various project teams

    • Must be a Licensed Architect.
    • With experience in architectural and civil works for residential and/or property real estate
    • Proficient in Autocad / Autodesk Navisworks, 3D and Rendering softwares
    • Knowledge in project scheduling software such as Primavera is an advantage.
    • With comprehensive knowledge in Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems and Occupational, Health and Safety Management Systems
    • With excellent interpersonal skills; has the ability to work in a fast paced environment and adept in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with various project teams

  • Horticulturist

    Designs, installs, and maintains annual and perennial beds, grass, shrubbery, and trees
    Supervises and directs ground personnel
    Coordinates the activities between the maintenance and grounds department
    Maintains the cleanliness of assigned areas by mechanical or hand methods

    • Must be a graduate of Agriculture or Forestry
    • With at least one (1) year experience in the establishment and maintenance of tree/plant nursery and landscape garden
