Salted egg chicken tenders from Crescent Moon Café and Studio Pottery

You won't find anything like Crescent Moon Cafe serves in their menu anywhere else. The tiles came from an imaginary restaurant that their parents named when they were still young.

Indulge in one of these delectable concoctions which are some fresh curry leaves used in their Salted Egg Chicken Tenders, for example, to give it its distinctive taste. There is an ancient tree in their backyard where they collect their curry leaves and honestly speaking, it's hard to find anywhere else. This also goes with grilled pork belly and green mangoes.

As an added bonus, Crescent Moon Cafe also produce their own galangal, a Southeast Asian plant that's not common in the Philippines. The peanut sauce dressing on their Gado-Gado Salad is spiced with galangal, or blue ginger.
