All you need is to marinate the beef with a mix of oyster sauce, liquid seasoning, and sugar. After 15 minutes, add cornstarch and set aside. Saute garlic and ginger in a hot pan, then add the broccoli before it turns brown. Stir-fry them for at least 2 minutes and set aside. Add more oil to the same pan, followed by the marinated beef, once the oil is hot. Stir-fry the beef, then add salt and pepper once all sides are golden brown. Add the stir-fried broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
