How to Track Philippine National ID Delivery Status
23 June 2022If you are a Filipino citizen or a resident alien who has completed the registration process for your Philippine National Identification, you may now check the status of your delivery on the website of the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost). You must first complete PhilSys Steps 1, 2, and 3 before you may check the progress of your PhilID delivery.
What is the Philippine Identification System by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)?
In order to prove one's identification, the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) provides the PhilID, also known as the National ID card. For citizens and residents of the Philippines, it serves as the country's primary identification system. It's possible to utilize the Philippine System Card Number (PCN) on the physical ID card as official evidence of identification for transactions even if the card itself isn't available.
How to track my Philippine National ID online?
If you want to check the status of your PhilSys ID, enter the transaction number on your transaction slip into the tracking portal. In the second phase of your registration, you will obtain a transaction slip, which serves as proof of payment.
Excited to receive your PhilID? You may use the following procedures to keep track of the delivery of your Philippine National ID online:
Step 1. You may keep tabs on the progress of your delivery by visiting the PHLPost monitoring website at http://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. Alternately, you may look up "PHLpost tracking" in your browser's search bar and go to the first result you see there.
Step 2. Your Philippine National ID's tracking number should be entered in the field given for this purpose. Tracking numbers are identical to the transaction numbers that appear on your transaction slip after completing Step 2 of registration.
If you encounter any problem locating your tracking number, this number may be found on the PhilSys transaction slip that is given to you after successfully registering for an account with the system. In addition, PhilSys urges users to keep the slips private by not disclosing them to other parties or posting them on social media platforms.
Step 3. There is a "Track" button you may use to see the status of your identification. It's possible that your ID is still being processed if the status reads "Not Found."
