LTO Violations related to motor vehicle registration/renewal
1. Unlawfully altering a vehicle
You must register with the LTO before making any changes or alterations to your vehicle, including adding a car cover or tinting your car's windows. If you do not, you will be fined while driving.

2. Driving an unregistered vehicle
This LTO infraction includes the penalty for driving an unregistered vehicle or for operating an expired vehicle.

1. Improper attachment of vehicle license plate while driving

A three-month suspension of a driver's license will be imposed against anybody found driving a vehicle engaged in the illicit transfer of license plates or stickers.
