Step 1. Visit your local SM Bills Payment branch. For all SM Business Services Center transactions, be sure to take your queue number from the automatic digitizing machine and wait for your number to be called.
Step 2. Get two BPS Validation Slips from the cashier. After that, complete the forms by writing your name, address, phone number, and signature.
Step 3. Submit your bill or statement of account, together with your slip and payment.
Step 4. Wait until the cashier gives your acknowledgment receipt.
At SM malls, bill payment counters open at 10 a.m. every day, regardless of the day of the week or the holiday. The deadline to settle your payments at SM Payment Centers is at 8 p.m. so make sure to be there before their cut-off time.
Bayad Center Branches
The Philippines' biggest payment institution, Bayad Center, rebranded as Bayad in 2021 and has more than 40, 000 locations around the country. You may easily locate a Bayad payment center in malls, supermarkets, rural banks, pawnshops, and selected Ministop locations around the country.

How to pay your bills at Bayad Centers
Step 1. Pay your bills at any of the Bayad Center locations in the Philippines by informing the cashier that you will be paying bills.
Step 2. Bring in a copy of your account statement or bill. The cashier will offer you a Bayad Center Transaction Form if you don't have one.
Step 3. Complete the form and be sure to double-check the Biller, Account Number, ID Number (for government bills), and Payment Details. In addition, provide a phone number where you may be reached.
Step 4. Submit a completed Transaction Form along with your payment and wait for your receipt.
NOTE: There could be a different service fee based on the biller or the amount. For this reason, you'll be charged an additional service fee of between Php 5 and Php 15 by the time you pay your account at any Bayad Center.
Depending on the location, the Bayad Center has different hours of operation. The majority of locations, on the other hand, are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. Step 1. Use the CLiQQ kiosk at your local 7-Eleven to make a payment.
Step 2. Choose Pay Bills and choose the biller you wish to pay from a drop-down list.
Step 3. Input the necessary information, including the Reference Number, the Contact Number, and the Amount Due.
Step 4. After waiting in line, submit the barcode to cashier and pay the whole amount owed plus the service charge when it's your turn to make the payment.
