For Locally Employed

  • Photocopy of Income Tax Return and W-2 (latest)
  • Original and notarized Certificate of Employment and Compensation
  • Payslip for the last 3 months


Make sure to also bring the following just in case the processing officer asks these documents: Vicinity Map of the Property, Additional Requirement by Loan Purpose, and the Certified True Copy of Title.
