Welcome to Lumina Pandi!9 July 2021
Road to progress: Be future-ready here in Pandi!
The centerpiece program of the Duterte administration aims to usher the Golden Age of Infrastructure in the Philippines. It is said before that due to lack of infrastructure, our Philippine Economic has been cited as an Achilles Heel.
Among the reforms that will drive this plan is the acceleration of infrastructure and the development of the industries that will yield robust growth across the Archipelago, create jobs and uplift the lives of Filipinos.
To sum it up, it is said that infrastructure is among the top priorities of President Duterte's Administration, with public spending on infrastructure projects targeted to reach 8-9 trillion pesos from 2017 to 2022.
The first significant Build, Build, Build Project is more railways, urban mass transport, airports, and seaports. Indeed, you have already heard about the famous New Manila International Airport?
With a worth PhP736B, the Bulacan International Airport, also known as the New Manila International Airport, will be built on a 2,400-hectare property in Bulakan, Bulacan. This will be a game-changer and one of the top Build, Build, Build projects in Bulacan. Imagine having four runways, eight taxiways, and three terminals? That's a lot, right! Also, it plans to handle 1100 million passengers per year once fully completed in six years. The Bulacan Airport's main purpose is to aim to alleviate the air congestion at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (also known as NAIA). This Bulacan project was proposed by San Miguel Corporation and will be constructed by San Miguel Aerocity Inc. that was commenced last 2020.
With that said, Governor Fernando has formed an airport committee that will tackle plans, proposals, and opinions about the construction of the international airport project in a 2,500-hectare coastal property in Bulakan town in this province. The said committee will be headed by Pandi Mayor Enrico Roque, while the members are composed of local chief executives from Guiguinto, Bocaue, Bulakan, Obando, Sta. Maria, Balagtas and Malolos City. The committee's main purpose is to know the plans and proposals of the Mayors, their suggestions and opinions, and additional ideas before the construction begins. According to pna.gov.ph, "Last August, a bill seeking to establish the Bulacan Airport City Special Economic Zone and Freeport (Bulacan Ecozone) was approved by the House of Representatives." Whereas the approved House Bill 7575 also seeks to establish the Bulacan Ecozone adjacent to the proposed international airport.
In addition to that, this Bulacan airport will be a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) that involves the construction and operation & maintenance of a new modern airport in Bulacan, with a design capacity that can be expanded to 200 million passengers per year consisting of 4 runways and all aviation-related facilities. It is a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) structure with a cooperation period of 50 years. San Miguel Corporation bagged the 50-year franchise to build and operate a new international airport in Bulacan.
Imagine purchasing a unit in Bulacan, particularly at Lumina Pandi; you don't have to worry anymore about your flight schedules cause the major problem of encountering traffic on the way to NAIA will already be solved. With just 40mins traveling time, your usual 4 to 5 hours travel time to the NAIA airport will be down to just 40mins.
The second significant Build, Build, Build Project is more bridges and roads. The Pandi Bypass Road Project has begun from the Tambubong Exit of North Luzon Expressway or NLEX in Bocaue to the town of Pandi with a length of 10.7 kilometers. Bocaue is known for its traffic, and since it is nearby to Pandi and Santa Maria, it truly affects the travel time going to Pandi, but with the help of the Pandi Bypass Road, a much lightweight travel time will be happening. Imagine purchasing a unit in Lumina Pandi, which is said to be nearest to Manila, and your travel time will cut from 45mins to 1 hour down to less than 30 minutes! Truly, it is wise to invest in an area where traffic doesn't affect your daily work and personal life.
Next in line is the 4-Lane Angat Bridge along Plaridel Bypass Road. DPWH Secretary Mark Villar announced the expansion of a 2.22-kilometer portion of the 24.61-kilometer arterial (Plaridel Bypass Road Bulacan has been completed. Now, it has four lanes from the previous two lanes.
Because of the growing number of vehicles using a two-way and two-lane bypass road that connects the NLEX to Barangay Borol 2nd, Balagtas, and Daang Maharlika, the 2 added lanes to Angat Bridge will surely help speed up the slow flow of traffic. It may lessen the average travel period of 69 minutes to 24 minutes of approximately 15,000 motorists per day between Borol 2nd, Balagtas, and Maasim, San Rafael.
As of April 2021, the 4-lane Angat Bride along Plaridel Bypass road is now complete! And do you know that Angat Bridge or Bridge No. 8 is considered as one of the longest bridges in the Philippines with its length of 1.12 kilometers. It is constructed over the mighty Angat River, the longest river system in the province. Also, Angat Bridge or Angat itself is 28 minutes away only from our Lumina Pandi Subdivision. If you happen to love making road trips, then hurry up and purchase a unit in Lumina Pandi.
The third and last significant point of the Build, Build, Build Project is to build new and better cities. Thus one of the improvements done in Pandi Bulacan is the addition of 80 classrooms in Pandi National High school, and it is one ride away from our Lumina Pandi Subdivision. President Duterte also assessed a miniature model of the proposed establishment of the Pandi National High School (Virginia Ramirez-Cruz High School) extension buildings presented by Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Leonor Briones.
The Pandi National High School (Virginia Ramirez-Cruz High School) extension shall be established on a 19,296-square meter land at Barangay Siling Bata in the municipality of Pandi, Bulacan. It shall be composed of four (4) units of four-story school buildings that would house over 80 classrooms and is set to be complete by October this year.
With all these upcoming and ongoing infrastructures in Bulacan, property valuation will soon increase! Aside from that, the lifestyle of residents in Bulacan will be better! Thus, I am encouraging you to watch the vlog right now and decide. For sure, you will come up wise to make a move and purchase a unit in Lumina Pandi.
