  2. What if borrower’s income is insufficient, what are the options? Client may appoint a co-borrower or settle additional down payment.
  3. Who can be qualified as co-borrower? Must be first degree, with regular employment status, or business established for 2 years.
  4. What if client has marital issue, can they still apply for loan? Principal borrower must be annulled or with court order, if not, spouse should also appear in all documents. 
  5. What if borrower has existing insurance already, can they use it as an insurance for housing loan? This will be possible, existing insurance will be subject for evaluation.
  6. Why do housing loans get disapproved? Client may have an existing loan resulting to insufficient income or client with poor payment history, cancelled cards, or adverse loan.
